Tom and his team came out and did a thorough inspection of my home. My home was built in 1950's so it needed some TLC. They performed the inspection, and showed me all of the problem areas (I had no insulation in my attic), and they converted my water heater over. They helped me apply for the BGE energy audit program which now my property is certified. I am beyond happy with the work that was completed, the easy process, and how honest and reliable the team was. 10 stars!!!!

I contacted Awesome Home services for an energy audit, insulation analysis and HVAC replacement. They checked for available Energy star programs, and BGE rebate programs that I was eligible to take advantage of. They only recommended the repairs that were needed and didn't try to upsell me on a new hot water heater since I had replaced mine less than one year prior. The communication from office personnel for scheduling the work was not only quick, but professional and friendly! Molly was great making sure they worked around my schedule. I also can't say enough good things about the installation crews. They were super conscientious about the cleanliness of their work, didn't leave a trace of dirt and wore protective coverings throughout my house. They were quiet, kind and respectful of my property. Overall, my basement sealing and insulation has saved me money and I no longer feel a draft in my living room. The attic insulation has also been a significant and noticeable improvement in both comfort and energy savings on my electric bills. I noticed an immediate savings of over $150 a month.

So happy with my choice in working with Awesome Home Services Inc. Highly highly recommend working with Dustin, he answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process of working together.
